Commercial emails identify the sender, provide working contact details and include an unsubscribe path. Kai prepares drafts only.
Calls
A human starts every call. Suppression, number classification, caller identity and permitted calling times must be checked first.
Opt out
A suppression request applies across the tenant workspace and prevents a partner from entering an outreach queue.
