Product and availability
Kai Growth Desk is a Kin Partners product, available through Fusion Line. Tenant workspaces are isolated and use named user access.
What Kai stores
Kai stores professional business contact information, public research evidence, approvals, relationship activity and minimal consented referral handoff details.
What Kai rejects
Kai is not a borrower CRM. Identification documents, bank records, loan values, serviceability information and application data are rejected.
Overseas processing
Approved service delivery may involve access from Sri Lanka. The tenant must approve its privacy material and overseas processing notice before outreach activates.
Retention and access
Retention rules are approved per tenant. Consumer contact details are deidentified when their required period expires, while non-identifying audit evidence is retained.
