How Kai classifies email-open signals after outreach activation.
Purpose
Kai may use a tenant-scoped image token to give a human operator a limited signal that an outreach email was likely opened.
False signals
Pre-send fetches, sender activity, automated scanners and known privacy proxies do not create a confident open notification.
Data minimisation
Kai stores the event classification, time and coarse device information. Full IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not retained permanently.
Control
Tracking remains off until the privacy notice and activation gates are approved. Each tenant has an immediate tracking kill switch.
